摘要

As echocardiography becomes increasingly implemented in anesthesiology and intensive care, several challenges emerge: the need for flexibility and rapid decision-making contrasts with demands for standardization; strong individual initiative and demonstrable clinical benefit are offset by the absence of formal curricula. Advances in technology provide substantial opportunities but raise concerns regarding validity, costs, and the irreplaceability of expertise. This article reviews the current state of the field, outlines available training and certification pathways, and calls upon the professional society to establish standardized, practice-oriented curricula and to integrate echocardiography as a mandatory component of specialty training in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine.
