Regionalanästhesie und antithrombotische Therapie

  • Markus Glaeser-Quintus

摘要

This literature review deals with aspects relating to anticoagulants and regional anesthesia procedures. It outlines the current recommendations on which drugs should be paused for how long, or should be laboratory tested so that the risk of bleeding specific to regional anesthesia is considered minimal. Not every bleeding incident is as catastrophic as a spinal or epidural hematoma. Being able to differentiate between risky and less risky procedures allows to offer patients a more suitable regional anesthesia procedure under ongoing antithrombotic therapy (ATT).
