Konsensuspapier Sepsis

Despite comprehensive and internationally harmonised treatment guidelines, sepsis outcome remains unsatisfactory. On the initiative of the Austrian Society for Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine (ÖGARI) and at the invitation of the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection, a multidisciplinary working group has drawn up a consensus paper on sepsis, which formulates nine fields of action for the prevention, diagnosis, medical treatment and follow-up care of sepsis.
