摘要

Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cell therapy has demonstrated significant clinical potential in solid tumors, including glioblastoma, gliomas and gastrointestinal cancers, extending its success from hematological malignancies to solid tumors, and revolutionizing cancer immunotherapy. Although response rates in the majority of solid tumors have been limited, promising results are emerging. Identifying potential factors that might hinder the clinical efficacy of CAR-T cell therapy in solid tumors and learning from successful trials are crucial for improving efficacy and facilitating its clinical application.
