Impact of artificial intelligence painting technology on traditional easel art through emotion and semantic based creative modelling

With the rapid development of digitalization and intelligence, AI painting technology, as an emerging creative tool, is profoundly affecting the traditional art creation pattern. This paper focuses on the impact of AI painting technology on traditional easel painting creation and the path of their integration. By constructing a unique theoretical framework based on emotion and semantic understanding, the emotional dimension in artistic creation is innovatively combined with the abstract expression of semantic content, the emotional semantic space is defined, and the core component model, including the emotional semantic encoder, style fusion and detail generator, is designed. The study adopts various evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the model from multiple dimensions, such as technology, artistry and user experience. The experimental results show that the innovative model is significantly superior to models such as DALL-E 2, Midjourney and Stable Diffusion in terms of image generation quality, computational efficiency, accuracy of emotional expression, and style fusion effect. For example, the innovative model has an overall average of 0.85 in the image similarity index SSIM and an overall average of 30.82 in the image clarity and noise level index PSNR. The study reveals the great potential of AI painting technology in improving creative efficiency and expanding the field of artistic expression, laying a theoretical foundation for the deep integration of AI and traditional art creation.
