<p>Urban heritage sites encounter significant issues in reconciling preservation, tourism development, and the requirements of local communities. The archaeological district of the Giza Pyramids illustrates this dilemma; as rapid urbanization has profoundly affected a culturally valuable worldwide site. The adjacent neighborhoods of PYRAMIDS GARDENS, KAFR EL GABAL, KAFR GHATATY, and NAZLET EL SEMAN have increasingly altered the historical landscape, exerting a significant burden on archaeological resources and tourism prospects. The study proposes a thorough urban tourist development strategy for the Giza Pyramids area, incorporating innovative methodologies to tackle significant problems, it examines sustainable development solutions that reflect cultural heritage while improving visitor experiences and enhancing local community resilience through the integration of quantitative site analysis and comprehensive qualitative research,with mixed-methods research utilized comprehensive spatial analysis, encompassing detailed site surveys, land use mapping, and demographic studies, enhanced by significant community involvement, conducting Questionnaires and interviews with 124 participants, including residents, tourists, urban planning specialists, and local stakeholders, to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the district's diverse dynamics. The research presents an innovative "astronomical urbanism" framework, reconsidering ancient Egyptian astronomical concepts as a modern urban planning strategy. This approach seeks to establish a sustainable tourism area that maintains cultural integrity, fosters local economic growth, and provides an immersive historical experience focused on the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The results include an established master plan that aligns archaeological conservation, urban revitalization, and community integration, providing a possible framework for heritage-conscious urban development in complex historical contexts. </p>
