<p>The convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain technologies, and cryptocurrencies has created unprecedented opportunities for innovation, financial inclusion, and economic transformation. Simultaneously, these technologies have introduced novel forms of cybercrime, financial misconduct, and regulatory challenges. Cryptocurrencies facilitate decentralized and pseudonymous transactions that may be exploited for money laundering, terrorist financing, ransomware payments, and illicit financial flows. Artificial intelligence further amplifies these risks by enabling automated fraud, deepfake-based deception, identity synthesis, algorithmic manipulation, and large-scale cyberattacks. This paper examines the criminal, ethical, and governance implications arising from the intersection of AI and cryptocurrency technologies. Drawing upon Egyptian legislation and comparative international frameworks, including the European Union AI Act, Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), OECD AI Principles, UNESCO AI Ethics Recommendation, and FATF guidance, the study analyzes legal accountability, ethical governance, criminal liability, and human rights concerns. The findings reveal significant regulatory gaps regarding autonomous AI systems and decentralized financial ecosystems. A comprehensive governance framework is proposed that integrates criminal law, AI ethics, responsible innovation, cybersecurity, and international cooperation. The study contributes to the emerging literature on AI governance by providing a multidisciplinary framework for addressing AI-enabled cryptocurrency crimes while preserving innovation, human dignity, and fundamental rights.</p>
