Anthropomorphic sex robots across the genitalia-computer interface: AI-generated lover persona, infopower feminist bioethics, and Alexa-style humanity

Anthropomorphic sex robots became visible on media radar less than a decade ago. Feminist literature warns than slavish programming in female-simulating sex robots (whose industry is almost exclusively targeted at heterosexual men’s needs) reinforces long-held misogynistic stereotypes. Moreover, from a bioethical perspective, there is the hidden risk associated to genitalia-computer interface, capable of discreetly manipulating our psyche via disruptive sex robots—“digital lover” persona—programmable with an immersive neuromarketing malware (self-learner AI-linked malicious algorithm). The goal would be converting us into an archetype of Alexa, i.e. an automatic information source for scanning deep human predilections, capturing people’s intimacy and fuelling big techs’ database. This content (infopower) is susceptible to stratification and statistical inference regarding ethnic groups, nations, companies, etc. One potential that should justify an immediate moratorium (pause) on sex android trading, at least until specific ethical and legal regulatory parameters are established by the international community.
