Data-driven innovation and innovation ambidexterity for sustaining firm resilience: the mediating role of BA capabilities and digital culture
摘要
This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the impact of DDI on innovation ambidexterity and firm resilience under the mediating effect of BA capabilities and digital culture. Drawing from the RBV and DCV theory, a theoretical model has been developed conceptually. The conceptual model has been validated by 230 experts at Saudi Arabian enterprises, and PLS-SEM was used to analyze the model. The study found that DDI impacts innovation ambidexterity, which in turn impacts firm resilience. The study also finds that there is a mediating impact of BA capabilities and digital culture, which supports the role of BA capabilities and digital culture in linking DDI to innovation ambidexterity. The study enhances our understanding of DDI and offers practitioners significant insights on achieving firm resilience through the effective use of key resources and capabilities.
