Startups play a vital role in generating innovative ideas and shaping sustainable development. Through a comparative analysis of regional ecosystems, the study identifies strategies that foster collaboration among key stakeholders including government, academia, industry and innovation hubs. Domestic partnerships reinforce local economic growth while international cooperation facilitates global market expansion. The research highlights the importance of digital transformation and diversity in promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and creative problem-solving. Integrating modern and traditional business approaches presents challenges due to differing perspectives, requiring support from regional governments to harmonize goals. Additionally, increased airport connectivity offers global opportunities, attracting international talent, it is important to create an environment that supports multiple languages and respects different cultures. Sustainability-focused startups, especially in clean energy, demonstrate a shift in investor interest from short-term profit to long-term environmental and societal impact. However, supporting diverse entrepreneurs requires careful tracking of outcomes to ensure cost-effectiveness and accountability. The study concludes that sustainable development cannot rely solely on economic growth but must integrate environmental and social objectives. A holistic and balanced approach is essential for building resilient and future-ready startup ecosystems.
