Exploring the Drivers and Relationship between Business Analytics Adoption and Innovative Circular Economy Practices
摘要
This study empirically investigates the role of top management support, technological infrastructure, competitive pressures, corporate social responsibility (CSR) orientation, and stakeholder collaboration in facilitating the adoption of business analytics for innovative circular economy practices. Data were gathered from manufacturing companies in Jordan, of which 237 valid replies were employed to analyze them with Smart PLS software in an attempt to confirm the hypotheses under investigation. Findings reveal that technological infrastructure and top management support positively influence the implementation of business analytics, which also fosters circular economy practices. Additionally, the results confirm that CSR orientation and competition pressures are key drivers of business analytics implementation, verifying their importance as promoters of environmentally friendly business practices and environmental and operational efficiencies. The research highlights the practical relevance of strategic management and technological innovation to ensure sustainability goals, providing informative insights for managers, policymakers, and researchers interested in technology and sustainable development.
