<p>The transition toward a circular economy (CE) is increasingly recognized as essential for achieving sustainable development; however, consumer adoption of circular goods remains limited, indicating a critical gap in the empirical understanding of the determinants influencing this behaviour. Addressing this gap, the present study introduces an integrated methodological approach combining the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) with Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) to identify, validate, and hierarchically structure the key factors shaping consumer adoption of circular products. Based on expert consultation and rigorous analysis, ten principal determinants were identified—namely Environmental Concern, Circular Economy Awareness, Perceived Usefulness, Beliefs about Circular Economy Benefits, Risk/Trust Perception, Willingness to Pay, Quality Perception, Incentives, Recycling Experience, and Social Norms. The ISM-MICMAC analysis revealed Environmental Concern and Circular Economy Awareness as fundamental drivers with high influencing power, while Quality Perception and Willingness to Pay emerged as dependent variables shaped by upstream factors. The novelty of this study lies in the application of a dual-method framework that captures both consensus-based validation and structural interrelationships among determinants. The findings offer theoretical contributions to the field of sustainable consumption and provide practical implications for policymakers and businesses aiming to design targeted interventions that enhance consumer engagement with circular economy practices.</p>
