摘要

The need for firms to adopt digital tools while building a dynamic, collaborative environment that is open to continuous improvement. As digital transformation progresses across sectors, the interdependence between knowledge sharing and technological innovation has become increasingly apparent. This study aims to analyze the influence of Collaborative Knowledge Creation (CKC) and organizational innovation on digital transformation, and to identify the role of intervening variables that can bridge the relationship. A purposive sampling technique was used with non-probability sampling. The population in this study includes employees from companies that are undergoing or have undergone digital transformation, especially in the information technology, manufacturing, and service sectors. Thus, the research population consists of individuals who have direct experience in the process of digital transformation and organizational innovation, Based on the results of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, this study concluded that Collaborative Knowledge Creation (CKC) and Innovation Advantages (IA) have a significant influence on the digital transformation of organizations through the mediating role of Digital Transformation Leadership (DTL), Organizational Agile Capability (OAC), and Value Co-Creation Capability (VCC). Although DTL did not show a significant direct influence on digital transformation, its role in increasing OAC, which then contributed significantly to digital transformation, indicates an indirect mediation effect.
