<p>This study examined the health indicators and hygienic habits of Bengali-Muslim Women, highlighting the impact of socio-economic factors such as education, empowerment, poverty level and access to healthcare facilities. The findings of this study revealed significant associations between economic status, education and health outcomes, with limited access to sanitation and healthcare facilities further exacerbating health risks. Decomposition analysis to explain significant gap in odds in favor of respondents from West Bengal, India regarding usage of sanitary napkin and receiving pre and post-natal care compared to respondents from Bangladesh revealed that higher employment of women and better hospital facilities in the West Bengal, India Territory significantly contribute to this difference. The study emphasizes the need for targeted interventions to improve health indicators and promote healthy practices, especially among disadvantaged Bengali-Muslim Women in the Indo-Bangladesh border region.</p>
