<p>Marriage has a crucial role in the establishment of families. In this review paper, a comprehensive bibliometric examination of forced marriage, child marriage, and contract marriage is offered. It provides a profound understanding of the data that has been published, as well as recent breakthroughs, research trends, and important issues. We conducted exhaustive searches in the Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection databases between the years 2000 and 2024 by making use of the widely used RStudio software for analysis. A 19.07% yearly growth rate, the largest publication numbers (264) in 2024, PLOS ONE as the highest publisher (51 articles), author Anita Raj publishing 38 papers, Ellsberg et al. (The lancet 385:1555-1566, 2015) collecting 474 citations, and the University of London publishing the highest articles (103 respectively) are some of the data that we have uncovered. As comparable author nations (395), the United States of America came in first place, and it was also the most cited country (6969), with the term cloud “child marriage” ranking first, with 239 examples. The purpose of this study is to provide the framework for future research by conducting a synthesis of the global literature on forced marriage, child marriage, and contract marriage.</p>
