Structural, optical and electrochemical properties of synthesized K/TiO2 nanoparticles using Solanum torvum leaf extract
摘要
The present work is to investigate K doped TiO2 nanoparticles successfully synthesised from Solanum torvum leaf extract. The synthesised K/TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized by Powder X-ray Diffraction, UV–Visible Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The application study of electrochemical analysis and photocatalytic activity of K/TiO2 nanoparticles was also investigated.
