Purpose of the Study <p>The present study aimed to evaluate the functional and radiological outcomes of isolated elbow dislocations in the pediatric population.</p> Materials and Methods <p>Medical records of pediatric patients with isolated elbow dislocation treated between 2017 and 2023 were retrospectively reviewed. Eleven patients (8 boys and 3 girls) aged 7–10&#xa0;years were included. Functional and radiological outcomes were evaluated at final follow-up and compared with the contralateral uninjured side. Functional and cosmetic outcomes were also assessed according to Flynn criteria.</p> Results <p>The mean initial age of the patients was 8.5 ± 1.1&#xa0;years, the mean age at final follow-up was 12.5 ± 2.3&#xa0;years, and the mean follow-up time was 47.4 ± 27.8&#xa0;months. No statistically significant difference was found between the injured and uninjured sides in terms of humerocapitellar angle, Baumann angle, or carrying angle. According to Flynn criteria, functional results were excellent in 9 patients and good in 2 patients, whereas cosmetic results were excellent in 9 patients and fair in 2 patients.</p> Conclusion <p>Pediatric isolated elbow dislocations are rare injuries, and favorable outcomes can be achieved with early diagnosis, gentle reduction, short-term immobilization, and early mobilization in appropriately selected patients.</p>

Purpose of the Study
