摘要

This paper proposes a modeling approach for an inductively coupled heating system that enhances power factor and efficiency by incorporating a secondary resonant circuit. This circuit compensates for losses caused by the increased coil-to-vessel distance. However, the secondary coil introduces additional mutual inductances with the vessel and primary coil, complicating equivalent impedance calculations. Unlike conventional methods that rely on coupling coefficients and require additional experiments, the proposed approach estimates mutual inductance on the basis of the geometric parameters of the coil and vessel, thus enabling simple impedance derivation and system design. The proposed model is validated through MATLAB simulations and hardware experiments.
