Magnetic integration technology for high-gain DC/DC converters
摘要
The addition of circuit elements in high-gain bidirectional converters is helpful to increase the gain of the converter, but the volume and the loss of the converter increase with it, which has a negative effect on the overall efficiency of the converter. To increase the overall efficiency and the power density of the converter, a new type of magnetic integrated inductor is proposed, where two inductors are integrated on the UF core by decoupling and integration, reducing the volume and weight of the magnetic components of the converter by 33.1% and 50.5%, respectively. The power density of the converter is increased, which reduces the loss of the magnetic elements and improves the overall performance of the converter.
