High gain DC–DC converter based on magnetic integration
摘要
To improve the voltage gain of DC–DC converters, this study introduces a high-gain DC–DC converter based on magnetic integration. By utilizing C–D–D–C units to achieve a reduced duty cycle, the desired voltage gain is attained. Integration technology is employed to merge two inductors and wind them around a pair of EE magnetic cores, effectively reducing the size and weight of the magnetic components. First, by analyzing the stresses on the converter power semiconductor devices, the relationship between converter voltage gain and the duty cycle is established. Second, the decoupling condition of the integrated inductor using Ohm’s law of magnetic circuits is determined. Then, the magnet using finite-element simulation is analyzed. Finally, an experimental prototype is constructed to validate the proposed converter and the integrated magnet decoupling theory, demonstrating that this design is correct and feasible.
