摘要

We present the case of a 49-year old woman with a complex deformity after a tibial shaft fracture. She presented with a valgus and increased tibial external torsion and was corrected with a tibial double level varisation—and minimally invasive internal rotation osteotomy via drill hole-chisel osteoclasia and stabilized by intramedular tibial nail. Additionally a femoral varisation osteotomy and stabilization by angle-stable plate was performed. All three osteotomies showed sufficient bone healing, and in the postoperative check-up the patient had physiological joint angles and range of motion, and significant improvements in all patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs).
