Anterolaterale Tenodese modifiziert nach Lemaire

  • Björn H. Drews

摘要

The clinical relevance of anterolateral tenodesis in addition to anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for high-grade pivot shift or in the revision situation is now undisputed. The modified Lemaire technique using a distally pedicled tractus strip offers a good and less time-consuming option. It is important that the tractus strip is correctly shuttled under the lateral collateral ligament (LCL) and that the femoral fixation point is correctly positioned. For the latter, there is the option of the socket technique with a drill tunnel or the onlay technique using a suture anchor. Finally, the correct tension during fixation is relevant in order to avoid an overconstraint.
