A Comprehensive Study on the Formulation and Nutritional Profile Assessment of Multigrain Nutri Powder

The study presents the development and nutritional profile assessment of Multigrain Nutri Powder (MNP), aimed at addressing the growing concern of inadequate nutrition in modern diets. The formulation involved blending a variety of grains and nuts to create a versatile and convenient dietary supplement with a focus on balanced macronutrient and micronutrient content. The components selected for the formulation were Pearl millet, Sorghum, Foxtail mil- let, Groundnut, Green gram, Wheat, and nuts such as Almond, Walnut and Jaggery as a natural sweetener. The study incorporates the detailedformulation process, including comprehensive nutritional assessment, which evaluates the product’s macronutrient and micronutrient composition, bioavailability, and potential health benefits. The results of the nutritional assessment demonstrated that the MNP serves as an abundant supplier of vitamins, minerals, protein, and dietary fiber. Its balanced composition accommodates a wide range of nutritional needs, making it a valuable addition to various dietary plans, including those individuals seeking improved health and well-being. The findings also suggest the potential applications for addressing malnutrition and enhancing food security in regions with limited access to diverse food sources. The formulation process aimed to optimize the nutritional content while ensuring palatability and ease of consumption. The research emphasizes the potential of formulated multigrain nutri mix as a promising solution to supplementing diets with essential nutrients and that fights against malnutrition, particularly in areas where resources are constrained.
