<p>Focusing on the evolving talent requirements and development strategies of enterprises in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), this study analyzes how AI can reshape talent development approaches and promote the cultivation of cross-disciplinary capabilities. With the rapid advancement of AI technologies, significant transformations are taking place in the workforce, work models, and educational environments around the world amidst trends such as digitalized teaching methods, personalized learning, and intelligent learning processes. As a result, organizations must adapt both their talent requirements and development strategies accordingly. This study employed qualitative research methods, using focus group and individual interviews, to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GAI) on corporate talent development and the application of learning technologies. Ten participants that respectively come from the academia, corporate HR departments, and AI system/solution providers joined the study. The findings of this study suggest that enterprises require both technical talent with advanced AI know-how and non-technical talent with core skills such as basic AI competence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. In addition, the transformation of corporate talent development strategies must align with corporate AI adoption strategies, while the integration of AI tools can further support personalized and adaptive learning. Companies are also suggested to actively integrate AI and learning technologies into their human resource development efforts. By developing forward-looking training strategies, organizations can enhance overall training effectiveness and cultivate diverse talent that meets future business needs. This, in turn, will enables them to effectively navigate the rapid transformation of the workforce and maintain a competitive edge in the increasingly dynamic environment.</p>
