A Comprehensive Survey on Fuzzy Vehicle Routing Problem
摘要
The vehicle routing problem (VRP) is one of the most studied industrial logistics problems due to its high importance for distribution processes and Industry 4.0. Fuzzy vehicle routing problem (FVRP) refers to one of two situations, (1) the VRP problem has fuzzy parameters, (2) the problem is modeled or solved using fuzzy-based techniques. The objective of this paper is to present a comprehensive and up-to-date survey on fuzzy vehicle routing problem with a classification taxonomy to identify areas of interest and research gaps in this research field. In this paper, a comprehensive literature survey is conducted on more than 100 research papers in the field of fuzzy vehicle routing problem. A taxonomy is developed based on categorizing the problem variations into VRP-Fuzzy Demands, VRP- Fuzzy Time Windows, VRP-Fuzzy Travel Times, VRP-Fuzzy Locations Clustering, and other variants. Upon analysis of the surveyed literature, observations are made and, therefore, potential research directions are identified.
