Leveraging AI in the Classroom to Transform Adolescent Dietary Habits Through Innovative Nutritional Education
摘要
This paper explores the impact of innovative educational strategies in biology on the dietary habits and health outcomes of adolescents. All methods are based on the use of artificial intelligence in teaching. By implementing a curriculum enriched with modern nutritional education, including the use of generative AI models to teach students about the benefits of dietary habits, we sought to engage students in understanding the importance of healthy eating and its long-term benefits. The study involved a series of interventions, including the introduction of interactive nutrition lessons, aimed at fostering a deeper awareness and knowledge about healthy food choices and lifestyle changes. Statistical analysis revealed significant improvements in participants’ weight, body fat percentage, and Body Mass Index (BMI), without adversely affecting muscle mass. These findings highlight the potential of tailored educational programs to positively influence adolescent health, suggesting a need for their broader integration into school curricula. The study’s implications for reducing obesity and improving public health among the youth are discussed, with a call for further research to expand upon these initial findings.
