Investigating Factors Shaping Future Doctors' Willingness to Adopt AI Diagnosis Support Systems
摘要
This research developed a model to explore medical students' acceptance of an AI diagnosis support system. Using UTAUT, a cross-sectional survey of 223 Delhi/NCR medical students assessed their intentions. SPSS and AMOS were employed for structural equation modeling. Initial trust correlated positively with effort and social impact but not performance expectancy. Social influence was the sole factor positively associated with behavioral intention. The study examined future physicians' behavioral intentions in adopting an AI-based diagnosis support system and the influence of social factors in Delhi/NCR. It delved into medical students' perceptions and suggested integrating AI in competency-based medical education for improvement.
