Analysis of Electromagnetic Characteristics and Stability of Economical Disc Motor
摘要
Reducing the cost of permanent magnets is crucial to reducing the overall cost of motors. This paper chooses to mix high-cost NdFe35 with low-cost ferrite Y30 into a new type of permanent magnet. By arranging two permanent magnets of equal volume in different positions, the electromagnetic characteristics of the hybrid permanent magnet model under no-load conditions are analyzed compared with the original model. The simulation results show that the three models have advantages in terms of back electromotive force (EMF) and air gap flux density while reducing the cost. Finally, to verify that the hybrid permanent magnet can reduce the cost of electromagnetic torque without affecting the stability of the motor, the demagnetization ratio is defined by the back EMF, and the motor demagnetization ratio and stress are analyzed.
