Research on Three-Phase Unbalance Control of Low-Voltage Distribution Network Based on Load Commutation
摘要
In order to control the three-phase imbalance problem of low-voltage distribution network, this paper proposes a governance scheme based on the improved whale optimization algorithm (WOA) algorithm to solve the optimal commutation strategy of load and carry out load distribution accordingly. A three-phase imbalance optimization model with the smallest three-phase current imbalance as the objective function is constructed, and the constraint condition for the number of commutation switching actions is increased. In order to solve the shortcomings of WOA solution,, an improved WOA algorithm is proposed to improve the convergence speed of the WOA algorithm and solve the problem that it is easy to fall into local optimization in the later stage. On this basis, aiming at the lag and timeliness problems of load commutation governance, the users are first clustered analysis and then the improved WOA algorithm is used to evenly distribute various loads to the three-phase circuit. Simulation results show that the governance scheme can maintain the symmetry of three-phase load in low-voltage distribution network, minimize the possibility of three-phase imbalance, and have remarkable governance effects.
