Integrating Circular Economy Principles in Achieving Net Zero Toward Sustainable Futures: India’s Perspective

This paper explores India’s path to achieving net zero emissions through the integration of circular economy principles. As global climate goals necessitate a transformative shift from traditional linear economic models, India faces unique challenges due to its rapid industrialization and environmental pressures. This research highlights the alignment of circular economy practices—such as waste-to-energy initiatives, circular design, and extended producer responsibility—with India’s climatic conditions.
