<p>In this study, the changes in element contents of different fruit varieties provided from different locations were investigated. P and K amounts of the fresh fruits were established between 15.38 (peach) and 2694.58 (lemon) to 700.39 (pear) and 6277.88&#xa0;mg/kg ‘goji berry’, respectively. However, it was observed that goji berry, black grape, green apple and peach are poor in P content. The element found in the highest quantities depending on the fruit varieties was Fe, followed by Zn, B, Mn and Cu in decreasing order. Fe and Zn amounts of the fresh fruits were established to be between 7.91 (black grape) and 36.87 (date) to 0.94 red apple ‘red delicious’ and 12.74&#xa0;mg/kg (goji berry), respectively. The toxic element found in the highest amounts in fruits was As, followed by Cr, Ni, Pb and Ba in decreasing order. As and Cr contents of the fruits were defined to be between 5.34 (peach) and 21.95 (Plum (Can)) to 1.31 (black mulberry) and 7.71 (white cherry), respectively.</p>
