摘要

A new type of reflux classifier with a trapezoidal inclined channel has been designed and used for pre-concentration of fine-grained low-grade oxidized antimony tailings. Theoretical analysis shows that the decreasing flow field in trapezoidal channels is conducive to the separation of particles with different densities. Tests were performed with − 180 + 20 μm low-grade (0.80%) antimony oxide ores, and the results show an increase in taper ratio results, a dramatic increase in recovery and separation efficiency, and a decrease in tailing grade. Under optimal experimental conditions, the product achieved a separation efficiency, concentrate Sb grade, and Sb recovery of 61.53%, 3.73%, and 77.57%, respectively. TARC demonstrates exceptional pre-concentration performance.
