Comprehensive Study on the Recovery of Gold and Copper from Cinder Washing Solution Through Precipitation-Filtration Processes
摘要
In gold mining enterprises, the substantial pyrite cinder washing solution is rich in valuable elements such as gold and copper, which are suitable for comprehensive recycling. However, traditional recovery processes are mostly inefficient. This study presents two innovative processes, including sulfide precipitation-micropore filtration and neutralization precipitation-micropore filtration, for recovering gold and copper from the washing solution. The recovered performances have been analyzed in detail. When using the sulfide precipitation-micropore filtration process, the recovery of copper and gold are more than 99% and 98% respectively. As for neutralization precipitation-micropore filtration process, the recovery of copper and gold are more than 99% and 96% respectively. The experimental results indicate that the novel processes could efficiently recover copper and gold elements from the washing solution compared with traditional method, which has great significance for the gold mining industry.
