Precise evaluation method based on improved combined weighting for cross-river transmission corridor schemes
摘要
The emergence of long-distance electric energy transmission makes it inevitable for transmission lines to cross large rivers during route planning. To address issues such as the lack of a standardized evaluation process for existing cross-river (or river-spanning) transmission line schemes, this paper proposes an evaluation method for cross-river (or river-spanning) transmission corridor schemes based on improved combined weighting. First, 12 evaluation indicators covering three categories (compliance, safety, and economy) are identified, and an evaluation indicator system for cross-river (or river-spanning) transmission corridors is constructed; second, the subjective weights of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the objective weights of the Entropy Weight Method (EWM) are integrated; finally, to ensure the reliability of decision-making results, the combined weighting method is improved, and at the same time, the scoring results of multiple experts on the same scheme are data-integrated to output the optimal scheme. Research results show that the constructed evaluation indicator system is comprehensive; the proposed scheme not only takes into account the advantages of subjective and objective decision-making in the evaluation process but also solves the dispersion of scores from multiple experts, providing a scientific and efficient evaluation method for the selection of cross-river (or river-spanning) transmission corridors.
