<p>Small Hydro-Power Plant Selection is a procedure or process of selecting and evaluating dominant technologies and locations for analyzing small-scale hydroelectric power plants. The selection procedure contains many factors and characteristics, such as environmental impact, economic feasibility, regulatory requirements, water resource availability, social acceptance, and the geographic features of the project. 摘要

Small Hydro-Power Plant Selection is a procedure or process of selecting and evaluating dominant technologies and locations for analyzing small-scale hydroelectric power plants. The selection procedure contains many factors and characteristics, such as environmental impact, economic feasibility, regulatory requirements, water resource availability, social acceptance, and the geographic features of the project. Additionally, the bipolar complex intuitionistic fuzzy idea is very reliable and dominant, because it contains the positive and negative truth and falsity functions in the form of complex-values, which can easily depict awkward and complex information. In this manuscript, we goal to analyze the idea of the Bonferroni mean operator for bipolar complex intuitionistic fuzzy information, such as bipolar complex intuitionistic fuzzy Bonferroni mean operator, bipolar complex intuitionistic fuzzy normalized weighted Bonferroni mean operator, and bipolar complex intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted Bonferroni mean operator with their basic properties. Small Hydro-Power Plant Project Selection based on the proposed theory is very complex and ambiguous, because of this reason, we goal to use the technique of a multi-attribute decision-making model for the assessment or evaluation of the above problems. Lastly, we demonstrate a numerical example based on a decision-making model for the assessment of the comparison between proposed and existing ranking models to show the supremacy and validity of the designed theory.
