摘要

To explore the influence of the deflector shrouds on the horizontal vibration response characteristics of the car when it meets the counterweight in a real environment. Firstly, a three-dimensional non-stationary numerical model is established based on the O-slicing multi-area dynamic mesh layering method, and the Newmark-b method is used to solve the vibration response of the multi-degree-of-freedom elevator system. Then, the simulation of the high-speed elevator equipped with five common heights of the deflector shield was carried out, and the velocity distribution and horizontal vibration response characteristics in the flow field were analyzed, and obtain the optimized shape of the deflector shroud, and the horizontal vibration characteristics of the high-speed elevator with optimized deflector shield and the intersection with the counterweight were further investigated. Finally, with the help of Shandong FUJIZY Elevator Co. 7 m/s high-speed elevator for experimental verification of the model, the results show that with the increase in the height of the deflector shroud car horizontal vibration response eigenvalue reduction of 9.67%-23.89%, the vibration reduction effect is obvious. In addition, when the counterweight intersects the car, the eigenvalues of the horizontal response of the car under the influence of the deflector shroud increase by 3.41%-24.98%, and the shear force has a greater influence on the horizontal vibration of the car.
