Full Parameter Domain Excitation Analysis Based on Nonlinear Vibration Response of Vibratory Roller
摘要
This paper aims to study the dynamic response characteristics of drum under different excitation parameters. Including the behavior evolution mechanism in different compaction stages. It provides a theoretical basis for the optimal selection of excitation parameters of intelligent compaction system of vibratory roller.
MethodsBased on viscoelastic-plastic foundation, a nonlinear coupling model of three-degree-of-freedom vibratory roller and foundation is established. By using the average method, the approximate analytical solution of roller subgrade in non-decoupled state is solved. Through the two-parameter bifurcation analysis of the drum, the vibration response characteristics of the drum under different excitation parameters and compaction stages are studied.
ResultsAnalysis shows that lower excitation frequency and larger excitation force are beneficial to initial compaction, which is helpful to improve compaction efficiency. Higher excitation frequency and smaller excitation force are suitable for later compaction, which helps to avoid compaction jump.
ConclusionResults of this study are in line with the existing experience guide of construction technology. Analysis method of multi-parameter bifurcation of roller provides theoretical reference for optimal selection of excitation parameters of intelligent compaction system
