The Fractional Derivative and Moisture Diffusivity for Moore-Gibson-Thompson Model of Rotating Magneto-Semiconducting Material
摘要
This paper presents original research into the effects of the Moore-Gibson-Thompson (MGT) effect on the diffusion of moisture in semiconductor material. The use of heat transfer theory in the context of plasma (optical excitation) phenomena in the semiconductor material is described by the fractional Moore-Gibson-Thompson model. The effect of rotation with constant angular velocity and magnetic field on light and heat transfer interactions inside a spherical cavity of elastic semiconductor material is studied.
MethodA technical form of fractional calculus called the Caputo fractional derivative is applied on the plasma-heat equation. The governing equations involving optical-thermal-mechanical excitation and physical field variables can be solved using the technique of the Laplace transform.
ResultsTo obtain the main physical field solutions in the time domain, a numerical method is considered to invert the Laplace transform. The results we obtained were discussed graphically and theoretically.
ConclusionGraphical analysis is employed to visually represent the impact of several parameters, including fractional order, moisture concentration, as well as rotation field effects.
