Introduction <p>Perinatal and infantile optic pathway gliomas are rare tumors that can occur in patients with NF-1 or sporadic cases. Although these are common in early childhood, only a few case reports describe OPG in early infancy.</p> Case Presentation <p>In this report, we reported two cases of OPG in infancy (2 months and 4 months); a unique feature in the 2nd case is the large size of the mass in this age group and location with extensive cranial disease with drop metastasis, which is not reported in the literature yet.</p> Conclusion <p>We also demonstrate the tripod and reverse trident signs of large OPG, allowing the reader to identify the origin in large masses.</p>

Introduction

Perinatal and infantile optic pathway gliomas are rare tumors that can occur in patients with NF-1 or sporadic cases. Although these are common in early childhood, only a few case reports describe OPG in early infancy.

Case Presentation
