摘要

Aggressive vulval angiomyxoma is a rare, slow-growing, benign mesenchymal tumor with a locally infiltrative nature and a high risk of recurrence. Due to its rarity and nonspecific clinical features, aggressive vulval angiomyxoma is often misdiagnosed as common vulvar conditions. The standard treatment involves wide local excision with negative margins. Still, this approach is associated with significant morbidity and requires long-term follow-up due to the tumor’s propensity for local recurrence. Here, we report a superficial and aggressive vulval angiomyxoma case, emphasizing its clinical presentation, diagnostic challenges, and the importance of appropriate management strategies to improve patient outcomes.
