<p>In 2018, the Occupational and Environmental Medical Association of Canada (OEMAC) endorsed a position statement on the implications of cannabis use for safety-sensitive work. Here we present a new OEMAC position statement on the implications of cannabis use for safety-sensitive and decision-critical work, taking account of evidence published in the interim.</p>
