摘要

Tubaria armeniaca sp. nov. is proposed here as new species based on morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses of the nuclear rDNA internal transcribed spacer. The combination of morphological and molecular data confirmed the novelty of the species and its intrageneric placement within the genus Tubaria. This species is found in association with Quercus leucotrichophora and is characterized by dull orange pileus with appendiculate margins, appressed-fibrillose pileal surface; intervenose lamellae; small stipe (8‒24 mm), white strigose basal mycelium, globose to subglobose large basidiospores (6.60–8.6 × 5.20–7.30 µm), some collapsed when revived in 3% KOH; pileipellis composed of thin-walled terminal cells with spiral thickening. A detailed description, illustrations, and comparisons with morphological similarity and related taxa are provided here.
