<p>Seaweeds are among the most promising plants recognized for their significant biological activities across various fields, especially in therapeutics. Phaeophyta (brown algae) are well-known for their beneficial biological properties. The methanolic extract <i>of Hormophysa triquetra</i> (HTE) was studied in vitro for its wound healing (WH) capabilities, demonstrating remarkable healing results of 78% and 97.48% after 24 and 48&#xa0;h, respectively. It also exhibited antidiabetic effects through enzyme activities, showing an activity level of 77.82% with an IC<sub>50</sub> of 146.44&#xa0;µg/mL, and 74.17% with an IC<sub>50</sub> of 159.82&#xa0;µg/mL, respectively. Additionally, anti-inflammatory effects were observed by investigating COX-1 activity, revealing the highest inhibitory activity at 71.29% with an IC<sub>50</sub> of 240.39&#xa0;µg/mL. Antimicrobial activities were evaluated against <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>, <i>Enterococcus faecalis</i> ATCC, <i>Salmonella typhimurium</i> CRMB 006 (1) ATCC, <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> ATCC, <i>Aspergillus fumigatus</i> RCMB, and <i>Candida albicans</i> RCMB (1) ATCC using the disc diffusion method, noting significant antimicrobial activity against the tested strains, except for <i>A. fumigatus</i> and <i>C. albicans</i>. HTE showed moderate antiviral activity (++) with 38.27% inhibition against HSV-2 and a selectivity index (SI) ≥ 2, indicating that HTE exhibited antiviral activity that outweighed its toxicity. GC-MS analysis identified the presence of fatty acids, phenolics, flavonoids, terpenoids, ketones, esters, ethers, steroids, and more. In conclusion, the methanolic extract of <i>H. triquetra</i> demonstrated effective wound healing, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral activities, suggesting its potential for future application in nutritional, pharmaceutical, and medicinal sectors.</p>
