<p>The development of environmentally friendly pesticides and antibiotics is critical due to increasing resistance to conventional agents and rising concerns about human health and environmental impact. This study aimed to evaluate the nematicidal, phytotoxic, and antibacterial properties of acetone extracts from various parts of <i>Alpinia malaccensis</i>. Extracts were obtained from the rhizome, leaves, fruits, and flowers through cold percolation. The chromatographic analysis identified triterpenoids as the predominant class of compounds. The flower extract showed notable nematicidal efficacy against <i>Meloidogyne incognita</i>, with an LC<sub>50</sub> of 423&#xa0;µg/mL after 96&#xa0;h. The rhizome extract exhibited significant inhibition of egg hatching (93.42%) and pronounced antibacterial activity against <i>Salmonella typhi</i> and <i>Listeria monocytogenes</i> (MIC values of 250 and 500&#xa0;µg/mL, respectively). In silico studies revealed interactions between the chemical constituents and proteins in nematodes and bacteria. The extracts, particularly from the rhizome, demonstrated promising nematicidal, phytotoxic, and antibacterial properties. Although the phytotoxic effects were less potent than the standard, the results suggest potential applications of <i>A. malaccensis</i> extracts in both agricultural and antimicrobial contexts.</p>
