Light-driven microrobots: current development status and prospects
摘要
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of micro-nano technology, microrobots, with their ability to perform complex tasks at the microscopic scale, have shown great application prospects in key fields such as biomedicine and environmental monitoring. Light, as a clean and renewable energy source, plays an important role in energy supply. With the continuous improvement of beam modulation technology and light microscopy technology, light-driven microrobots have rapidly become the cutting-edge research focus in the field of microrobots due to their significant advantages such as strong programmability, high resolution, non-contact operation, excellent control accuracy and good biocompatibility. This article comprehensively summarizes the development status of light-driven microrobots, covering driving principles, manufacturing materials, application fields, etc., and discusses the current challenges in depth, and looks forward to future development trends. It aims to provide a systematic reference for this field and promote the further development and application of light-driven microrobot technology.
