Influences of phase structure and hydrogenation on the optical and dielectric properties of (La/Ni) merge codoped TiO2 nanoparticles

摘要

A hydrothermal decomposition method was used to synthesize titanium oxide (TiO2) nanoparticle (NPs) ceramics co-doped with La/Ni ions. The NPs were characterized by X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), optical absorption spectroscopy, and insulating measurements. It was measured that the formed solid solutions (SS) of (core/shell)-like electronic structures have giant permittivity (GP) properties. Such an electronic system was explained according to doping foundation mechanisms. Then, two main roadmaps were investigated, the influences of the hydrogenation and the high-temperature calcination on the properties of the samples. The HT calcination recrystallized the anatase, [A] phase of host TiO2 into a rutile, [R] structure.
