The interaction of body, breathing, and mind is an essential characteristic of Qigong. This is well known in the West and is used preventively in the fields of relaxation and stress reduction. However, this article will emphasize its therapeutic effectiveness. For this purpose, an exercise system with silent and moving exercises, including self-massages, is presented and the treatment of various ailments is explained using case studies.
