<p>The purpose of this research is to present the dispersion equation of Rayleigh-type waves in transversely isotropic nonlocal magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) half-space. First, the characteristic equation in nonlocal MEE halfspace is derived from the constitutive equations and the form solution. Then, the dispersion equation which surface wave speed satisfies is derived from the free traction condition on the surface of half-space with consideration of electrically and magnetically short/open circuit conditions. Finally, based on the obtained dispersion equation, the influence of boundary conditions is investigated in this paper. Moreover, the dependence of velocities of plane waves on the direction of propagation as well as nonlocality parameter has been also illustrated.</p>

摘要
