„Mit eigener Stimme“ – Feministische Medizinethik in Deutschland. Ein Rückblick
摘要
The article shows the beginnings of feminist medical ethics in Germany within the Academy for Ethics in Medicine (AEM). On the one hand, feminist medical ethics and bioethics are seen in the context of the historical women’s movements since the 19th century as well as in the context of the medical community’s response to the crimes of the Nazi dictatorship which particularly affected women, not least because of the eugenics movement. On the other hand, feminist medical and bioethics reacts to the theories of feminist ethics since the 1970s. The article traces the historical development and reception of feminist ethical scholarship and recalls the first projects on German feminist ethics within the AEM.
