<p>Cyber-harassment has emerged as a critical social issue in the digital environment, demanding a deeper understanding of its underlying mechanisms. This study investigates the key predictors influencing cyber-harassment attitude, intention, and behavior, integrating theories such as the “theory of planned behavior (TPB), the general aggression model (GAM), and routine activity theory (RAT)”. The primary objective was to develop and empirically validate a comprehensive model examining the psychological, technological, and environmental factors affecting cyber-harassment tendencies. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online survey from 500 university students. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the hypothesized relationships. The findings revealed that cyber-harassment awareness negatively affected attitudes, while personality traits and psychological factors positively and significantly impacted cyber-harassment attitudes. In turn, attitudes strongly influenced cyber-harassment intention. Technological factors negatively affected intentions, while environmental factors showed no significant impact. Perceived behavioral control positively influenced cyber-harassment intentions, ultimately leading to cyber-harassment behavior. The practical implications suggest that awareness programs, psychological interventions, and technological monitoring could significantly mitigate cyber-harassment behaviors. This study also highlights the need for universities and policymakers to address the attitudinal and psychological roots of online aggression. Future research should incorporate longitudinal designs, diverse populations, more advanced methodologies such as ANN and NCA, and additional predictive factors to expand the understanding of changing aspects of cyber-harassment.</p>
